Dale Stalie

Owner and Director of Construction Operations

Dale Stalie is co-owner and our Director of Construction Operations since the company’s inception in 2014. He graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology in 1981. From 1981 to 1982 Mr. Stalie worked for Kiewit Construction on an oil shale project in Colorado. Upon termination of that project, he established roots in California while working for FB Hart, GM, and Peterbilt from 1982-1998.

After leaving FB Hart Mr. Stalie started his own landscaping company, Landscapers Unlimited. His company installed new landscapes, irrigation systems, and specialized in hardscapes. Landscapers Unlimited was a successful company with multiple crews and a demanding schedule which ran strong from 1989 to 2003.

In 2003 Mr. Stalie dissolved Landscapers Unlimited and chose to join JB Bostick Company. During his employment he ran the commercial concrete division and served as a consultant for the paving and asphalt division. He ended his employment with JB Bostick Co. in 2014 to start BLC.

Ryan Fullerton, MBA

Owner and CEO

Ryan Fullerton is co-owner and CEO of BLC and has been with the company since 2014. He earned his BS degree in Exercise Physiology at UC Davis in 1994. Subsequently, he received his MBA from Drexel University. In 2012 he cofounded Boxwood Nursery which is a dynamic retail business focusing on plant sales and landscaping.

Prior to entering the construction industry, Mr. Fullerton successfully launched two companies in the automobile industry.

Fullerton Restoration was launched in 1998 as a provider of automotive restoration services for dealerships and rental car companies. Mr. Fullerton established business relationships with many major rental car companies including Hertz, Budget, Alamo, National, Avis, and Enterprise as well as dozens of dealerships in the Sacramento area. Fullerton Restoration is still in operation.

In 1995, the Sacramento Superglass franchise was launched with Mr. Fullerton as the sole proprietor. Superglass is a company that provides automotive glass services in the Sacramento/Yolo county region. The franchise is currently in operation and is still going strong.
